WWE News: Upcoming feuds revealed for Smackdown

The Wyatt Family has been invincible so far.

The Smackdown exclusive TLC pay-per-view enthralled viewers with high octane action throughout the event. Several stories came to an end, whereas seeds were planted to develop new feuds.

The transition has been smooth with each of the storyline getting an adequate amount of time and with the crowning of two new champions in Wyatt Family and Alexa Bliss, their path forward with the titles would be exciting to watch.

According to a report from allwrestlingnews.com, several new feuds have been planned for Smackdown Live.

After an intriguing backstage attack on Nikki Bella at Survivor Series and Carmella revealing Natalya to be the one responsible for the assault, Nikki Bella is all set to feud with Natalya to take her revenge. The two veterans are expected to start their program pretty soon.

As far as the Women’s title is concerned, the newly crowned champion Alexa Bliss will continue her program with “The Irish Lass kicker” Becky Lynch where Lynch will be seeking her rematch, which might eventually lead to a match at the Royal Rumble.

Here is the footage where Lynch “begs” for another battle with Alexa Bliss for the title.

Regarding the Smackdown Tag Team Titles, there have been several creative plans for the “Wyatt Family” after they successfully won the titles from Heath Slater and Rhyno.

According to inquisitr.com, Heath Slater and Rhyno are expected to get a televised rematch for the titles rather than at the Royal Rumble, after which they are most likely to be fizzed out of the title picture.

Witness the moment where Orton won his 15th overall championship and Wyatt won his very first championship with the WWE (After 6 long years):

With Heath Slater and Rhyno out of the title picture, the potential candidates for the title are the American Alpha who have been snubbed out of the title image plenty of times since their main roster debut previously.

The fact that American Alpha went over in the 10-man tag team kickoff show match further justifies the fact that WWE is booking them strong in order to make them credible challengers.

With all the Smackdown championships in the hands of heels right now, it would be interesting to see how long do WWE plan to keep it this way.
