#5. Dolph Ziggler © vs. The Miz (Intercontinental Championship match)

The Show Off and The A-lister put on another solid encounter before they face off against each other once again on the 900th episode of SmackDown next week. The fans were hot for Ziggler while Miz drew heat like a boss. The match ended in predictable fashion with Ziggler retaining the straps.

The perennial rivals put on another PPV-quality title match and we can only hope they replicate the same on the historic SmackDown episode.

The tag team combination of Kane and American Alpha took on the revitalized Wyatt Family along with The Viper. As expected, Kane and his rookie teammates picked up the win against Orton, Wyatt, and Harper.

An excellent match with some eye-catching spots that warmed up the fans before the main event of the night.

WWE World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles and no.1 contender Dean Ambrose put on a great match to close out the show with James Ellsworth making a special appearance as the guest timekeeper.

The back-and-forth encounter had many close falls and fake finishes that got the fans on their feet. In the end, AJ Styles went over The Lunatic Fringe and held onto his title despite James Ellsworth being a close associate of Dean Ambrose.

All three men were unsurprisingly over with the fans, who were quite pleased with the what WWE had to offer.
