Football Managers look-alikes: Part II

Although there is no concrete scientific evidence to prove that there is a double for almost every living being in the world, our personal experiences have continued to argue otherwise. Although two men cannot be entirely similar, there is always a possibility they are strikingly so.

Here is the second edition of this series and we are going to look at another set of football managers, the ones in tuxedos by the touchline, who are distinctly similar to some popular faces in the world of cinema and television.

1. Luiz Felipe Scolari and Marlon Brando

The less said about the two the better. While Scolari is one of the finest football managers to have graced the football field, Brando is arguably the greatest actor of all times.

2. Herve Renard and Nikolaj Coster Waldau

Herve Renard, French footballer, is currently the head coach of Zambia. Nikolaj plays the much popular role of Jaime Lannister in the television series Game of Thrones.

3. Roberto Mancini and Michael Douglas

The recently sacked Manchester City manager bears an uncanny resemblance to the Basic Instinct star, doesn’t he?

4. Nigel Adkins and Richard Gere

Adkins is currently the manager at English side Reading. His double Richard Gere has seen more success in his profession as compared to Adkins, having starred in hits like Pretty Woman, Chicago etc. But Adkins can take solace from the fact that he does look similar to one of the finest looking actors of the last generation.

5. Rafa Benitez and Paul Giamatti

The interim Chelsea manager who led the London club to Europa success is quite similar to Paul Giamatti.
