WWE: Why Brock vs Undertaker can happen at WrestleMania XXX

WrestleMania without the Undertaker won’t be interesting for anyone. We have had perhaps the greatest match of the decade at WM 25 – Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker. After that Taker defeated HHH two times and Punk once at WrestleMania.

Now, like previous year, same question arises – Who will face The Undertaker next year? Everyone want Sting vs Undertaker but that’s seems to be very difficult. Rumors are that WWE is planning to set a feud involving The Undertaker with either Brock Lesnar or Ryback. They have indicated his possible return at next PPV.

In this week’s F4W Newsletter, Bryan Alvarez who is founder of Figure Four Online, noted that there are some chances of “Undertaker vs Ryback” at WrestleMania. He quoted :

“Undertaker hasn’t committed to working the show yet, but my gut tells me he almost certainly will. If he does, there is talk of doing Undertaker vs. Ryback. The story would be that Paul tried to get his guy (Punk at the time) to beat Undertaker last year and his guy failed, so this year he has a bigger, stronger guy to try to end the streak. I believe this is subject to Ryback getting over big. If not, the other idea is doing the Undertaker vs. Brock match that has been talked about for a while, with basically the same Heyman tie-in.”

Both Ryback and Brock are Paul Heyman guys now. So, in place of Ryback, Heyman can choose Brock also. Remember, Undertaker and Brock had a brutal feud at WWE in 2002 where Brock successfully defeated Undertaker twice. Once at No Mercy and again at Hell in a Cell. And late in 2010, when Brock was a part of UFC, Taker and Brock had a conversation, where Undertaker said to Brock,”You wanna do it ?”

When Taker was asked about it, he said,”It’s personal.” Some months later, in an Interview Brock said someday if there are good opportunities, he will face anyone.

Now it’s on WWE whom they choose to feud with The Undertaker. But in my opinion “Brock vs Undertaker” sounds better that “Brock vs Ryback”. The Undertaker hasn’t faced Brock before at WrestleMania. So, this will be good.

However, there are some other rumors about Rock vs Brock at WM. Now, if everything goes alright, one thing is sure that we will see Brock at Wrestlemania against either Rock or The Undertaker.
