Lance Archer vs. Baron Black on AEW Dark: Elevation

Lance Archer made his entrance on AEW Dark: Elevation accompanied by a beaten-up Baron Black. The Murderhawk Monster viciously picked Black apart while Jake 'The Snake' Roberts talked about his client on commentary booth.

Lance Archer got a two-count from a modified springboard splash on Black.

Baron did start a brief comeback with a few punches and kicks. However, Archer dropped his opponent with a one-handed chokeslam. Lance Archer hit the Blackout for the win.

This was a one-sided squash in favor of Lance Archer, and all that Baron Black could do was merely connect with a few punches throughout the match.

Jake Roberts entered the ring and cut a promo before handing the microphone to Lance Archer. The Murderhawk said that it was his time to shine in AEW. Archer complained that AEW had not given him fair opportunities or the spotlight, and he specifically called out Sting.

Lance Archer said that Sting inspired every wrestler who worked for AEW, but he had a problem with the veteran's attitude in the company. Archer - formerly known as Lance Hoyt from his WWE days - ended his promo with a big threat to Sting.

Tesha Price vs. Ryo Mizunami on AEW Dark: Elevation

Both women engaged in an aggressive collar and elbow tie-up. Mizunami got the early advantage with a shoulder tackle. Price grabbed Ryo's hair, but the Joshi veteran responded by scooping and slamming Price.

Price wasn't backing down from a fight as she connected with a few good strikes. Mizunami responded with another running shoulder tackle. The 16-year veteran connected with the punches, forearm shimmers, and chops.

Ryo hit a flurry of chops in the corner. She missed the last one chop due to an extended bout of showboating. Tesha countered by biting Ryo, which was surprisingly legal for a five-second count.

Price hit the running bulldog on Mizunami for a two-count. Ryo blocked a German suplex but got caught in a full nelson lock. The Joshi veteran turned around and hit another chop.

Mizunami got a two-count from a powerslam. She followed it with three leg drops and got another close call. Mizunami had Price in the torture rack, but Tesha raked Ryo in the eyes and escaped the hold.

Price got a few quick roll-ups, but Mizunami kicked out. Back on the feet, Mizunami connected with a lariat. Ryo picked up the win on AEW Dark: Elevation with the help of a spear.

Main Event #1: Colt Cabana (w/ Evil Uno) vs. Max Caster (w/ Anthony Bowens) on AEW Dark: Elevation

Max Caster dropped a verse during his entrance, and he unsurprisingly dissed The Dark Order. Cabana wanted Evil Uno to be in his corner, and he went back and pulled the veteran out.

A snug collar and elbow tie-up kicked off the match. Cabana used his experience to get the upper hand in the mat exchanges. Colt had a vice-like grip on the headlock. Cabana, though, ended up getting laid out with a head scissors takedown. Bowens came in with an assist, and Caster was now on top in the match.

Max started working on Cabana's left shoulder. Colt delivered a few punches to Caster's gut, but AEW's in-house rapper got back to the injured left shoulder.

Cabana fought back with a few strikes, but Caster threw his opponent shoulder-first into the turnbuckle. Max scored multiple two-count pins before going right back to the shoulder.

Cabana evaded an incoming strike and began to mount his comeback. Colt connected with a few rights before hitting the winded-up elbow. Cabana improvised in mid-air and hit a splash on Caster for a two-count.

Max absorbed two chops but dropped Cabana's neck onto his right knee. Caster trapped Cabana in a shoulder submission, but Colt reversed it into a pinning predicament.

Cabana got a two-count with a hip attack. Bowens attempted to throw the chain towards Caster, but the weapon accidentally flew right into Evil Uno's hands on the other side of the ring. It was, however, all part of The Acclaimed's plan to distract the referee.

Aubrey Edwards took notice of the situation and had a word with Uno. Meanwhile, Bowens slipped in the boombox, and Caster sent Cabana head-first into it with a drop toehold.

Aubrey turned her head, and Caster rolled up Cabana for the three-count. Platinum Max Caster's incredible singles winning streak continues, and it now stands at seven victories on the trot.
