Kris Statlander returned to the AEW ring after more than 10 months out with a torn ACL. She came down to the ring accompanied by Orange Cassidy as well as the Best Friends.

The match began with Kris Statlander taking down Amber Nova in a series of armdrags before following it up with a power slam.

Amber Nova hit back with a couple of right hands but Statlander deadlifted her and tossed her face-first onto the mat. She followed it up with a flipping Senton before hitting a running knee strike in the corner. Statlander then hit the Supernova to pin Amber Nova, making short work of her opponent. A great return for Kris Statlander on AEW.

Taz and Team Taz were backstage with Dasha. Taz said that they were waiting a week for Christian Cage's answer. Taz said they would get Christian Cage to join Team Taz later on in the night. However, Taz asked both Ricky Starks and Brian Cage not to get involved.
