#1 Former WCW star Disco Inferno believes AEW passing up on Braun Strowman is a mistake

Braun Strowman is one of the biggest names released by WWE in the modern era, and links to AEW did not take too long to surface.

However, it has been reported that the former Universal Champion could be headed to IMPACT Wrestling instead, as AEW isn't too high on him. Disco Inferno believes it was a mistake.

The former WCW star stated on the Keepin' It 100 podcast that wrestling is about characters and looks and Strowman is a bigger deal than AEW's latest signings, Adam Cole and Ruby Soho.

"I think it's good for IMPACT as they are at their lowest point, thanks to the help of Tony Khan, who won the Booker of the Year award. Speaking of which the other interesting news that came out was that AEW didn't have a meeting with Braun Strowman. Apparently, he's good not enough for the high standards of Tony Khan.
