AEW personality Mark Henry has made a bold claim following the WWE Backlash premium live event. The show featured a San Juan Street Fight between Damian Priest and multi-platinum recording artist Bad Bunny. According to Mark Henry, this match solidified Bad Bunny's status as the best celebrity wrestler of all time.

Benito made his in-ring debut at WrestleMania 37 when he teamed up with Priest to defeat The Miz and John Morrison. His performance in that match exceeded all expectations and was well-received by critics and fans alike, and he outdid himself with his latest match at Backlash.

One of the most streamed artists on Spotify seamlessly pulled off moves no one could have expected of him. Although there were several interferences throughout the bout, the spotlight was fixed firmly on Bad Bunny, and the home crowd cheered him on the whole way through.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, WWE veteran Mark Henry said the following:

“Bad Bunny is the greatest, the absolute – no peers whatsoever – greatest celebrity wrestler of all time. There’s nobody close. […] He a d*mn celebrity. He not trained to be a wrestler.” [16:30 - 17:07]

Overall, the Backlash PLE seemed to be a massive success. The crowd elevated each match, even when their local heroes, Bad Bunny, and Zelina Vega, were not involved. As of yet, it is not confirmed when the Latin recording artist will return to the ring, but fans will undoubtedly be looking forward to it.

Mark Henry doubles down on statements about Bad Bunny in WWE

Mark Henry was not satisfied with the claims he made on his podcast. He later took to Twitter to reaffirm his stance on Bad Bunny.

"I said what I said y’all!" tweeted The World's Strongest Man.

While many may agree with Henry's sentiments, Logan Paul may take issue with his comments. The YouTuber-turned-wrestler has put in some remarkable in-ring performances himself.

Paul even challenged Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Crown Jewel last year. More recently, he had a top-tier match with Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 39.

Both Paul and Bad Bunny have raised the bar when it comes to celebrity matches. Given that the two are clearly talented and are willing to put in the work, perhaps the best way to settle the debate over who is better is to have them meet in the ring at some stage.
