"It's totally justified" - AEW star wants WWE legend Hulk Hogan to be 'written out of wrestling'

An AEW star recently spoke about Hulk Hogan and expressed how they wanted him "written out of wrestling" for good. They expressed their desire to see other people get the spotlight instead of Hogan. The name in question is Rachael Ellering.

The Immortal One was a fan favorite several decades ago, but recently, he has been receiving much heat due to some of his comments and actions over the years. This includes his reported workplace demeanor, his lack of effort in uplifting fellow performers, and some of his racist comments.

On Monte & The Pharaoh, Rachael Ellering spoke about those in the wrestling industry with a history of bad behavior. She believed that there were moments when such people deserved to be shunned from the business.

“I think some cases are so warranted, yeah. And I think that’s something that has been a good progression in the last couple of years in wrestling—trying to get some of these really scummy people out of wrestling, or at least limit what they’re doing. Um, because there are so many really, really good people in wrestling. Give them the time, give them the money, give them the focus, right? Like, these people—I call them b**theads. I’m like, we don’t need these b**theads.”

The 32-year-old continued by bringing up how she felt that Hulk Hogan should be written off from wrestling.

“There are plenty of extremely talented, genuinely good people who are deserving of these spots and time and bookings and fanfare. Get the bad ones out of here, ’cause some of them genuinely deserve to be written off. They’re terrible human beings that [sic], in any line of work, would be written off. And so I think for some people, it’s totally justified. I think Hulk Hogan should be written out of wrestling, yeah.” [H/T: Ringside News]

Seth Rollins is not a fan of Hulk Hogan

While appearing on the Up & Adams Show with Kay Adams, Seth Rollins spoke about wrestlers he hated. He mentioned Hulk Hogan as part of this list and expressed how he wanted someone to crush him in the ring.

Rollins did not go into detail about why he did not like the legend, but spoke about how Hogan was seemingly not a good person.

"This one may be controversial, we want superstar vs. superstar, and we also want somebody we want to see get crushed in the ring. That's going to be Hulk Hogan. That's going to be Hulk Hogan." (54:55 - 55:11)

Besides wrestlers, many fans have also been vocal about their dislike for Hogan.
