Jade Cargill sends a message to Britt Baker amid rumors of her WWE signing

Jade Cargill sent a message to Britt Baker amid rumors of the latter joining WWE. This will surely set the tongues wagging and send the rumor mill into overdrive.

Yesterday, Jonathan Coachman reported that Baker was gone from AEW and that she was on her way to WWE. Although there was nothing official from either side, it is worth noting that there is no smoke without fire.

Baker later took to Instagram to post a picture of herself on the beach and enjoying some time out with her family. WWE star Jade Cargill was quick to notice her former colleague’s posts and left a comment. She wrote:

“Loving, living life”

Given that this is coming from a WWE star in the immediate aftermath of those rumors, it will no doubt set off a chain reaction from the fans, and some will be thinking that Baker is well and truly on her way to the Stamford-based promotion.

Britt Baker challenged to a hair vs. hair match

Britt Baker had a lot of rivals in AEW, but none of them came close to Thunder Rosa. The two stars had a memorable feud a few years ago, and it looks like Rosa wants to run it back.

Speaking on a recent vlog on her YouTube channel, Thunder Rosa spoke about Britt and challenged her to a hair vs. hair match at All In: Texas. She said:

“I throw a challenge. Just a little challenge. Hair versus hair, you know, um, against my, uh, my nemesis Britt Baker for All In. And the reason why I’m doing it is, one, well, because I know there’s money on the table. But two, she’s bonded by blood with me. She cannot get rid of my name no matter what happens—ever. And that gives me a lot of pleasure, too.”

It will be interesting to see if Tony Khan will grant Rosa the wish of taking on Baker if and when she makes her comeback.
