The Young Bucks just teased a major surprise after rumors of a legendary tag team coming to AEW have surfaced.

The Motor City Machine Guns are one of the best tag teams in the world. They first made a name for themselves in TNA due to the high-risk moves they would perform in the ring.

Recently reports have started doing the rounds that Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin aka the Motor City Machine Guns could be headed to AEW. Amidst these rumors, the Young Bucks teased some surprises for AEW Dynasty during a recent interview with Sports Illustrated:

“Nobody does pay-per-view like AEW. Expect big surprises. No other tag team in history consistently performs in big title matches like us. We have the most talented roster in wrestling history, thanks to Tony and your EVPs, and we try to top every PPV with an even better one. Dynasty will go down in history as one of the best PPV events in wrestling history.”

Tony Khan announced the stipulation for The Young Bucks' match against FTR

After the Young Bucks returned to the ring, they had completely changed their gimmicks and became more serious in the ring. They have also shown a vicious side to themselves in recent months. Moreover, they made some changes to The Elite by removing Kenny Omega and replacing him with Kazuchika Okada.

Since then, the group has looked unstoppable. Okada won the Continental Championship from Eddie Kingston while the Bucks have been in pursuit of the AEW Tag Team Championship. They will take on FTR in the finals of the Tag Team Title Tournament. Tony Khan recently announced that this title match will be a ladder match.

The last time these two teams faced each other was at All In 2023. Hence, both teams will be looking to finally settle the score.
