A top AEW star has seemingly retired one of his more popular moves after apologizing to Bryan Danielson for accidentally injuring him at the recent Dynasty pay-per-view.

The top AEW star in question is Will Ospreay. The Aerial Assassin tore the house down with his incredible match against Bryan Danielson on Dynasty earlier tonight. However, Ospreay seemingly hurt Danielson by accidentally dropping him on his neck with his popular move, 'Storm Driver 91' right before taking the victory.

Nonetheless, Ospreay apologized for not hearing the doctor's call and retired the 'Storm driver 91' move during the post-show media scrum:

"It seemed Bryan got hurt on the 'Storm driver,' and I didn't see the doctor call, referee called for doctor and I didn't see it. So I wanna apologize on that. [...] Honestly, I feel awful about this, even though 90 percent of the times that move's been absolutely fine, seeing the damage that it's kinda done, I'm gonna retire using the 'Storm driver 91.' I don't think it's polite for me to continue using it after seeing what it did to Bryan, someone that I got huge amounts of respect for." [44:25-45:29]

Meanwhile, it hasn't been revealed yet how severe Danielson's injury actually is. Only time will tell if everything is fine or if there was anything serious regarding injuries following the bout tonight.
