AEW has lost some top superstars to WWE around the years, and it seems like another young superstar may be preparing to sign with the Stamford-based promotion after his recent departure from All Elite Wrestling.

The name in question is none other than Brock Anderson, the son of WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson. It was recently reported that Brock's time in AEW has come to an end, which was confirmed by the star himself on Twitter.

Brock Anderson took to Twitter and posted the following tweet:

"To those that’ve supported me and helped me THANK YOU. To my detractors, that’s your right to an opinion. All I can do, to quote @dustinrhodes is, 'Keep Steppin'. On to the next chapter…#prowrestling," Brock tweeted.

Fans have given their reactions, with most encouraging Brock to sign with WWE:

"WWE... go light that place up."

Former AEW star Brock Anderson names WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels as his favorite wrestler

Former AEW star Brock Anderson recently spoke about inspiration in wrestling and named NXT head booker Shawn Michaels as his favorite wrestler.

Brock is the son of WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson, and the young superstar was signed to All Elite Wrestling from 2021 until earlier this month after his contract expired with the promotion.

On a recent episode of the ARN podcast, Brock Anderson revealed that his favorite wrestler growing up was The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels, and his match against The Undertaker at WrestleMania 25 inspired him to become a professional wrestler:

"So my favorite growing up was The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels. He was my favorite, hands down, and he was part of the match that actually made me really want to become a wrestler. Him and 'Taker, that first one, WrestleMania 25." (H/T WrestlingInc)
