Blue Lock chapter 285 Recap

Blue Lock chapter 285, titled Contract, saw Yoichi Isagi conveying to Michael Kaiser why they needed to team up. With Rin Itoshi being unstoppable, there was no way of knowing what the genius would do next. Considering that he and Kaiser were able to stop Rin while combining their efforts on defense, Isagi suggested that they do the same in offense.

Isagi also added that the final goalscorer would be up to luck. Both players would use their logic to create a goalscoring opportunity. The player with the final ball would score the goal. While both players disliked the other, they agreed to form a contract to defeat Rin Itoshi and destroy Noel Noa.

As for Noel Noa, he finally realized what Ego Jinpachi had done. He had used the Master Strikers to inject fire into the Blue Lock players, a gamble to see who could endure it. As fate would have it, Rin and Isagi endured it and developed the mindsets and techniques to survive the atmosphere.

What to expect from Blue Lock chapter 286?

Considering that the manga's previous chapter ended with Yoichi Isagi and Michael Kaiser charging at Rin Itoshi, the upcoming manga chapter will most likely focus on their 2-on-1 match-up. Evidently, Rin was capable of surpassing the imaginations of both talented learners. Hence, they would have to muster up their logic together to take him down.

Additionally, with Kunigami Rensuke and Gabon only having entered the field again, the manga chapter could show the two players making their moves to get involved again in the match.
