Demon Slayer is one of the best anime series to have come out recently. While fans typically focus on its fights and animations, its logo reportedly has huge foreshadowing. This was noticed by X user @SaaraAdam21, who posted a thread on the subject.

If the theory is true, Managaka Koyoharu Gotouge might have had the ending of the series planned from the get-go. This article takes a look at the circular logo of Demon Slayer and explains how it is one of the most important parts of the story.

According to the X thread by @SaaraAdam21, the circular logo of Demon Slayer foreshadows the entire story of the anime, with a major focus on Yoriichi and Muzan's past encounter.

Close to the end of the series, Kamado Tanjiro was shown to have another vision of Yoriichi Tsugikuni after he got attacked by the Demon King Muzan Kibutsuji. As Tanjiro was on the verge of death, he got to hear the first Sun Breathing user talk about his confrontation with Muzan Kibutsuji and his relationship with the Demon Slayer Corps.

During the vision, Tanjiro got to see Yoriichi use his Sun Breathing forms up close against Muzan. Upon witnessing the Thirteenth Sun Breathing form, Tanjiro realized that he needed to use that technique to take down the Demon King.

The Thirteenth form saw the user continuously perform all 12 Sun Breathing forms in repetitive succession, both starting and ending with Enbu. This Sun Breathing form allowed the user to increase their accuracy and agility, all while reducing fatigue.

Apparently, the form's movements had the user dance in a unified attack that formed a circle aimed at destroying all of Muzan's 12 vital organs, i.e., his seven hearts and five brains, that move freely inside his body. Shockingly, this move was seemingly created for the sole purpose of killing Muzan Kibutsuji, as there was no other way of destroying all of his vital organs simultaneously.

As per @SaaraAdam21's theory, the circle in the Demon Slayer logo is a foreshadowing of the Thirteen Sun Breathing Form that saw the user move their sword in a circle. Additionally, it also symbolizes how Tanjiro Kamado managed to inherit the thoughts of his ancestor, allowing him to defeat Muzan.

Thus, in a way, Yoriichi Tsugikuni, the first Sun Breathing user, managed to defeat Muzan despite having passed away nearly 500 years ago in the series. If it wasn't for Tanjiro's inherited memories, by no means could the protagonist have possibly defeated the Demon King, no matter how hard he trained.

The fact that the logo was created at the very beginning of the series but hinted at its ending just proves how much thought mangaka Koyoharu Gotouge had put into the anime.
