One of the highly anticipated sequels from Fall 2024, Spirit Chronicles season 2 episode 1 will air on TV Tokyo, and later on BS11, AT-X, TV U Fukushima, and other channels in Japan. Besides these networks, Japanese fans can watch the episode on ABEMA, U-Next, DMM TV, and other streaming services.

On the other hand, fans from North America, South America, Central America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, and Southeast Asia can watch the episode on Crunchyroll.

What to expect in Spirit Chronicles season 2 episode 1?

The anime's official website has shared the synopsis for Spirit Chronicles season 2 episode 1, according to which, the episode is titled I Met You In This World. In the previous installment's finale, Rio rescued Celia from her forced wedding to Charles Arbor and witnessed the six pillars of light.

Following the Aishia's instructions, Rio went to a place and discovered Sendo Aki, Masato, and Ayase Miharu, who happened to be Haruto Amakawa's first love. Picking up the events from the previous installment's cliffhanger ending, the first episode of season 2 will show Rio creating a rock house with his magic to take refuge with Celia and others.

As per the synopsis, Rio will tell Celia, Sendo, Masato, and Ayase about the Legend of the Six Wise Gods which is passed down in the Strahl region, during their dinner time. In other words, the second installment of the series will commence with a new adventure for Rio.

It will be interesting to see how the story deviates from the source material, considering the previous season did so quite remarkably. Aside from Rio, Celia, and others, the premiere episode will likely show the major antagonists, who will try to create trouble for Rio.
