Olivia Dunne was in New York City over the weekend to attend Fanatics Fest at the Javits Center. Celebrities across sports and other stars attended the event in big numbers.
On Sunday, Dunne shared a series of photos from her time in NYC. Her day started with wearing a chic black outfit and appearing for photoshoots. She also caught up with friends over dinner and shared snaps with her glam team.
Finally, she was at the Fanatics Fest, where she engaged in multiple activities, especially one where she personified herself to look like her boyfriend and Pittsburgh Pirates rookie Paul Skenes.
Olivia Dunne imitates Paul Skenes' pitching at the event
One of the highlights of the events was Dunne taking a getup of Paul Skenes. She wore Skenes' jersey and also wore a mustache to resemble her beau. She then headed to pitch in a hall surrounded by fans. Only one thing could happen when Dunne fills the shoes of the top MLB ace:
"Velocity is down but tumbling is way up when @livvydunne becomes @paulskenes."
In another highlight, on behalf of Fanatics and WWE, Dunne was awarded a championship belt for her LSU legacy. It was donned with LSU colors, as she enjoys wearing it and raising it like a wrestler.
"I'm wearing that to the gymnastics," Dunne said. "Victory is mine. This is the best. This is insane. You said the WWE? (Yep). Is this like an official, like ... (Yeah), official LSU license. It's cool."
Paul Skenes and Olivia Dunne have been seeing each other from their time in Baton Rouge, representing LSU in their respective sport, baseball and gymnastics. The couple went on to take LSU to new heights, winning College World Series/NCAA title.
Skenes won it last year and has made big strides in his baseball career. Earlier in May, he made his debut for the Pittsburgh Pirates and has looked like the most dominant pitcher in baseball since then. As for Dunne, her social media popularity is helping her elevate the benchmark in NIL earnings for female college athletes.
