Korea vs Japan WBC Live: TV listings, streaming options, and more

In what is expected to be the most anticipated game of Pool B in the World Baseball Classic, Korea is set to face host Japan at the Tokyo Dome on Friday. The country is seeking its first win of the tournament after losing a back-and-forth game against Australia in its WBC opener on Wednesday.

Japan, on the other hand, seeks a repeat of its spectacular all-round performance against China on Thursday, with Shohei Ohtani leading the way.

Ohtani put in a magnificent two-way performance, tossing four scoreless innings while yielding only one hit and striking out five. He went 2-for-4 with two doubles, two walks, and two RBIs at the plate.

Japan is looking to build on its opening win and secure a spot in the knockout stage.

Kwang Hyun Kim, the former St. Louis Cardinal and current SSG Landers pitcher, will start for Korea, while Yu Darvish, the San Diego Padres star, will toe the rubber for Japan.

Team Korea were defeated by Australia in their previous game.

With both teams boasting talented rosters, this WBC game promises to be a thrilling and closely contested matchup. The winner will take a step towards advancing to the knockout stage, while the loser will have their work cut out for them to progress.
