In 2019, Alex Rodriguez posted a video on his Twitter account, captioning it with "What a tool." This was when the Yankees legend was still dating the singing sensation, Jennifer Lopez.
The video was of him interacting with a fan of Lopez, and the fan was unable to recognize the famed MLB player. The fan said that he looked like Alex Rodriguez, Jennifer Lopez's boyfriend.
Rodriguez saw the opportunity for mischief and started pretending not to know what the fan was talking about. Rodriguez asked the fan to show him a picture and put it face-to-face with him.
"Put it next to me. Face to face" Rodriguez asked.

"It does look you, I am right. I mean it's not like it's a good picture of him," the fan said.
"First of all I will never wear pajamas that goofy. Never I mean, what a tool" Rodriguez said after looking at the photo of himself.
Rodriguez later introduced himself, and the shocked fan was delighted.
Rodriguez is no longer with Jennifer Lopez as the two broke up in 2022.

While the relationship between Rodriguez and Lopez didn't end in marriage, many fans still think and reminisce about their relationship.
