Game 1 between the Dallas Mavericks and LA Clippers was quite intense, especially since the game has been one-sided. Dallas is matched up against the LA team once again in the playoffs for the third time in the Luka Doncic era. However, their score has not been what most fans expected.

As usual, the owner of the Dallas outfit, Mark Cuban, is always present to support his team. However, fans saw an unusual expression from the Shark Tank cast member as his team struggled early on.

Mavericks legend picks the team to win in six games

The Clippers have been a surprisingly good team this season. Despite many thinking that their new Big 3 would fail, the LA team has been sensational. However, that hasn't stopped Dirk Nowitzki from rooting for his former team as he picked the Mavericks to win in six.

The German star knows what it's like to be in the intense games of the playoffs. He acknowledged the Clippers have a plethora of options offensively. On the defensive end, however, the LA team has Kawhi Leonard to possibly lock down Doncic.

However, even with Leonard's absence in Game 1, the Mavs have struggled to keep up with the Clippers. Luckily for them, it's a best-of-seven series and they have a chance to come back from it.
