After more than nine months, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is finally coming back. Krafton confirmed the popular game's return earlier today while showcasing its gratitude towards the Indian government for unbanning it and extended thanks to fans for their support. The game is not straightaway available in the Google Play and Apple App Store, but Krafton has promised that it will become available for downloading soon,

"We are excited to announce that BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA will be available for download soon, and we cannot wait to welcome you back to our platform. We believe in the power of gaming to bring people together and create unforgettable experiences. We are committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our users in India and beyond, and we look forward to continuing our journey with you."

The game has finally received a green light for its return, and players will get new in-game content soon. The good news has already gone viral, with many fans displaying positive reactions on social media.

As soon as official sources confirmed the news of BGMI's return, netizens wasted no time sharing their reactions online. Most fans have been happy with the game's unban, which has been reflected in their tweets. A social media user wrote,

Streaming platform Rooter's founder and CEO, Piyush Kumar, also replied to the tweet of Krafton India's head Sean Hyunil Sohn and hailed the efforts of the South Korean game company.

Anuj Tandon, Krafton's former Corporate Development and Investments head, also praised Sean Hyunil Sohn for his efforts in bringing BGMI back,

For those unversed, Battlegrounds Mobile India is set to be unbanned. However, the Government of India's MeitY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) has decided to bring BGMI back on a three-month trial basis.

Per Rajeev Chandrasekhar, GOI's Union Minister of State for Entrepreneurship, Skill Development, Electronics & Technology, the government will closely monitor the game for three months before deciding on a permanent unban.

Players must also note that Krafton will soon notify the players when BGMI will return to Google Play and Apple App Store.
