Tre Holloman is a guard for the Michigan State Spartans men's basketball team and is a junior as of the 2024-2025 season. Holloman participated in every Big Ten game during the 2024-2025 season, as mentioned on the official Michigan State Spartans website. He was also one of six players who participated in every game during the season. As a sophomore, Holloman played in all 35 games and made two starts. In terms of 3-point field goal percentage, he was the team leader. His accomplishments earned him a spot on the Academic All-Big Ten team.

Holloman, a four-star point guard, was the first player from Cretin-Derham Hall to earn the Gatorade Player of the Year title for Minnesota. The Minneapolis Star-Tribune Metro Player of the Year award was also given to him. According to 247Sports.com's composite rankings, he was ranked No. 11 among point guards, No. 67 nationwide, and the best player in the state of Minnesota. He has been selected to the Suburban East Conference four times and has been named to the All-State team three times. He transferred to Cretin-Derham as a freshman after making his varsity debut at Minneapolis North in the eighth grade. For the football team, Holloman was a three-star defensive back as well.
