The Jamaican opener is the latest addition to this list. West Indies were forced to play the 2018 Cricket World Cup qualifier as they failed to get into the automatic qualification spot in the ICC ODI rankings as of September 2017.

Chris Gayle struck a stunning 91-ball 123 against the United Arab Emirates in a Group A qualifying fixture in Harare. Gayle hit 11 sixes and seven fours in a whirlwind knock, that put him alongside Amla and Tendulkar as only the third player to score centuries against 11 countries.

Countries against which Chris Gayle scored a ODI hundred - Bangladesh, Canada, England, India, Kenya, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, and United Arab Emirates.
