Sourav Ganguly (130* and 4/21)

The former India skipper, Ganguly was a more than handy medium pacer and sometimes used to bowl his full quota of overs, especially when the wicket was suitable for seamers. He had 100 wickets to his name with a best of 5/16.
Ganguly achieved this feat against Sri Lanka in 1999 at Nagpur. India were sent in to bat by Sri Lanka and Ganguly along with Dravid made the Lankans regret the decision. Both of them stitched a 236 run partnership, with Ganguly scoring 130 off 160 balls and Dravid hitting 116 of 118 balls. India finished with 287/4.
Chasing 288, Sri Lanka were in the game till Ganguly came in to bowl. Captain Ranatunga was trapped in front by Ganguly, which then led to a collapse and India won the game convincingly by 80 runs.
Ganguly finished with figures 4/21 from his 4 overs and was rightfully adjudged the Man of the Match.
