Laxman who is prominently known as Test player has the second best conversion ratio in ODIs

VVS Laxman's entry into the list might surprise quite a few people. Laxman, who is considered by many as a Test batsman, held the record for the best 50 to 100 conversion rate by an Indian in ODI cricket for a few years.

In the sixteen innings Laxman crossed the fifty mark, he successfully managed to score a century on six occasions putting him second on this list.

In 83 innings that he played for India, Laxman made a total of 2338 with the high score of 131. Even though Laxman could not play much in limited overs cricket, his name will stay for long in the record books.
