18 years of age

The Yorkshire teenager is just 18 years of age and has now become England's youngest captain in the U-19 format. He hails from the same county as England's Test captain, Joe Root. Though he is the captain for England at the World Cup, his first-class record for Yorkshire is quite average, having scored only 82 runs from 5 matches.
