Indian captain MS Dhoni, along with Virat Kohli and Shikhar Dhawan have been nominated for ESPN Cricinfo awards which was announced today in both the categories of Test and ODIs. Apart from them, R Ashwin also got recommended in Test bowling whereas Jadeja got nominated for his ODI bowling performances.
The winners in various categories will be decided by a jury panel including Ian Chappell, Rahul Dravid, Martin Crow, Mark Butcher and many others. The senior editors and writers of ESPN Cricinfo will also have their say in finalizing these awards. However the award for best debut of the year will be decided on the basis of voting done by the fans
