Shoaib Akhtar is considered to be one of the fastest bowlers to have played the game of cricket. He was a nightmare for the opposition batsman. It was extremely difficult for a batsman to play a delivery coming at him at a speed of more than 150 Km/hr.

Akhtar had many batsmen surrender to him but the most notable rivalry was between him and the great Sachin Tendulkar. Most of the times, Sachin had the upper hand in the battle between them.
