Fake Tweets: Indian and Pakistani cricketers troll Ravindra Jadeja after ICC Champions Trophy final

Hardik Pandya was left fuming after losing his wicket

The ICC Champions Trophy 2017 ended on a bitter note for the Indian cricket team as they were hammered by their arch-rivals at the Oval on June 18. In a completely one-sided final, the Green Army won the match by 180 runs.

Chasing a mammoth total of 339 to win, the defending champions got off to the worst possible start with Mohammad Amir ripping through the top order. With India reeling at 72-6, Hardik led the revival with a magnificent knock of 76 in 43 balls. However, a mix-up between Ravindra Jadeja and Pandya led to his dismissal. From there on, the Pakistani bowlers cleaned up the tail and eventually won the match.

This led to Jadeja receiving a lot of hate on social media and becoming the subject of trolls as well.

Please note: The tweets below are fake and only meant to elicit a chuckle. Do not take the views literally.

Virat Kohli felt the need to get rid of the “bad influence”

The players of both sides decided to get in on the action as well by using the hashtag #GreatSir
