Eoin Morgan had surprisingly found no bidders in the 2019 IPL. However, he reminded the world of his capabilities by setting the record for the most sixes in an ODI innings (17) against Afghanistan at the 2019 Cricket World Cup.

The England white-ball captain has played for multiple IPL franchises in the past and thus, he comes in with a good amount of experience of playing in the league.

Also, Morgan has been a phenomenal leader in white-ball cricket and his exploits with England at the 2019 Cricket World Cup only lend weight to that argument.

Moreover, he seems to be in good touch, especially after playing a whirlwind knock of 91 runs against New Zealand in the 4th T20I.The Dublin-born batsman is currently playing in the T10 League where he hit an unbeaten 52 for Delhi Bulls in their season opener. He was also in good form for Middlesex in the Vitality T20 Blast.

Hence, Morgan could find himself firmly in the IPL mix when the auction dawns upon us in a month's time.
