#3. MS Dhoni completed 10,000 ODI runs
The former Indian skipper completed 10,000 runs in ODI cricket during his knock of 37 runs in the 2nd ODI vs England at Lords. He became the 4th Indian and 12th overall ODI batsman to reach this feat. He achieved this feat in 273 innings.
He is the only second wicketkeeper-batsman after Kumar Sangakkara (Sri Lanka) to achieve this feat. The fact that he has scored most of these runs coming in to bat at no. 5 for the most part of his career makes the record more staggering. This record shows that how good a finisher he has been for India in his prime years.
