#10 Bishan Singh Bedi (India) - 69 innings

Part of the famous spin quartet for India of the 1960s and 1970s, Bishan Singh Bedi played 66 Tests, captaining the side in 22 of them and picked up 266 wickets.
His one and only ten-wicket haul in Test cricket came against Australia at Perth in December 1977 proving that he was brilliant with the ball at both home and away conditions.
An outspoken cricketer who was no stranger to controversies even during his playing days, Bedi played 69 innings as a No 10 batsman, scoring 470 runs at an average of 9.03.
He also scored an undefeated half-century against New Zealand at Kanpur in 1976.
The record for most runs scored from the position belongs to South Africa's Dale Steyn who has scored 502 runs from 49 innings.
