The 100 baby challenge is completely self-imposed and optional in The Sims 4. If you ever feel bored by playing the base game, then you can make things more spicy with this. However, there are no special rewards, other than bragging rights.

If you wish to try the 100 baby challenge in The Sims 4, then here are some basic rules:

• You have to set yourself to a normal lifespan and play with aging. You should encourage NPCs to age automatically so that the game will continue to produce donors for your matriarch.
• It is not permitted to use any CC or mods that give you an unfair edge over the challenge.
• Cheats are not allowed at all. The only time this isn't the case is when bb.moveobjects are used for creative creations or when using cheats to fix bugs.
• Mods that enable you to accumulate wealth through child support payments or overstuff your home are categorically prohibited.
• You can use any in-game gifts obtained by fulfilling aspirations and social events, with the exception of those that extend your Sim's life or prevent them from dying.
• You cannot age a newborn until you receive a notification on their birthday.
• Once a baby has sampled every variety of baby food, they can be aged up. Not every one of them has to be liked by them. Before you age up an infant, make sure you have given them the utmost attention. Infants must age up with either the Happy Infant or Top-Notch Infant qualities.
• When a toddler reaches Level 3 in every toddler skill, they can be considered for aging.
• When kids and teenagers receive an A in school, they can be aged up.
• In order to make room for more children, young adults may be transferred out of the house, but they are not permitted to return.

These are the main rules for the 100 baby challenge. There are also some other rules but they can be optional.
