The Spiral Abyss game mode for Genshin Impact version 5.7 was updated on June 16, 2025. The Ley Line disorders, enemy lineups, and Blessing of the Abyssal moon buffs have also been updated for Floors 9 to 12. The latest enemy lineup features powerful foes, such as Wayob Manifestations and Abyss Lectors, as well as newer bosses like Secret Source Outomaton: Overseer Device, and other Local Legends from Natlan.

Furthermore, the new Abyss has buffs that would be suitable for characters like Skirk and Mavuika. Since the former will be released on June 18, 2025, players should try the Abyss after getting her.

Spiral Abyss is an endgame mode that resets every 30 days with new buffs and enemy lineups. It has two different kinds of buffs. The first is Ley Line Disorders, which are unique to each floor. The second one is called Blessing of the Abyssal Moon, which can be activated on all stages.

This is the Blessing of the Abyssal Moon buff for version 5.7:

"When a character deals Cryo damage to an opponent, it will be counted. When the count reaches 4, a shockwave will be unleashed at the opponent's location, dealing True damage and resetting the count. 1 such showckwave can be triggered every 4 seconds."

Since this buff heavily favors characters who deal Cryo damage, units like Escoffier, Ayaka, Ganyu, and potentially the new character, Skirk, could also be helpful to trigger this buff. However, depending on the enemy lineup, you will not be able to use them in all chambers.

An important point to note is that Skirk hasn't been released yet. However, content creators had early access to version 5.7, and some have showcased various builds and teams for her, which would be great for the current Spiral Abyss. Furthermore, Floor 12 has a special Ley Line disorder that Skirk could utilize.

Floor 11 has two different Ley Line disorders. For the first half, all party members receive a 60% Cryo damage boost, and for the second half, all characters gain a 60% Pyro damage bonus.

Floor 12

Floor 12 has particular Ley Line disorders that can only be utilized by a few characters. This floor features bosses such as Secret Source Automaton: Overseer Device and Icewind Suite: Nemesis of Coppelius. You would require specific elements and characters to complete Floor 12 easily.

The Ley Line disorder for the first half is that you get 75% damage if your characters have zero energy. For the second half, your characters' Normal attack Cryo damage is increased by 75%.
