Rated at 90 in FIFA 19, Kane might be pushed to 91 in FIFA 20.

#1 – Eden Hazard: 92

Will Eden Hazard be at Chelsea next season? Only he knows. There is a good chance that he will be off to Real Madrid in the summer but as he was in the Premier League this season, we have decided to add him to the list.

Rated at 91 in FIFA 19, Hazard has been exceptional this season. He deserves an upgrade and a push to 92 is the bare minimum EA Sports can do.
