HoYoverse will finally release Xianyun in the upcoming Genshin Impact 4.4 update. She is one of the most highly anticipated characters, and many players are looking forward to getting her. Xianyun is an Anemo unit and is a Catalyst user who provides several buffs. This includes increasing the team's jumping ability, boosting their Plunging Attack DMG, and providing party-wide healing.
Her damage buff and healing are tied to her Elemental Burst, and they scale based on her ATK. This article will list some of the best weapons that Cloud Retainer can use in Genshin Impact to be a proper support unit, including F2P options.

Best weapons for Xianyun in Genshin Impact
1) Crane's Echoing Call
Crane's Echoing Call is a 5-star Catalyst and Xianyun's signature. It's also her best weapon in Genshin Impact. This item is tailor-made for her kit, providing her with everything she needs as a Plunging Attack support and a healer. Crane's Echoing Call has the highest Base ATK in this game and offers an additional ATK% bonus through its second stat.
Furthermore, this 5-star Catalyst's passive buffs the entire team's Plunging Attack DMG and restores Energy to the character equipping the weapon.
2) Memory of Dust
Memory of Dust provides a ton of ATK to the unit equipping it. As such, it is a pretty nice option for Cloud Retainer. The Base ATK of this Catalyst is not that high. However, this item has a massive ATK% second stat and an additional ATK bonus on its passive. Additionally, the passive effect is stackable and can be triggered by simply scoring a hit on opponents, which is pretty easy.
3) Skyward Atlas
Skyward Atlas can be a decent 5-star option for Xianyun in Genshin Impact since it also has a pretty high Base ATK and an ATK% second stat, which can significantly boost her Plunging Attack DMG buffs and healing. The weapon's passive can also slightly increase Cloud Retainer's Elemental Skill and Burst damage, but it won't be useful for her if she's used as a support character.
4) Oathsworn Eye
Moving on to the 4-star options. Oathsworn Eye is the best F2P Catalyst for Xianyun in this game. It has a low Base ATK. However, this option compensates for that by offering an ATK% bonus from its second stat. In addition, the weapon's passive provides a good amount of Energy Recharge, so Travelers don't have to worry about running another battery or building ER on Xianyun's artifacts.
Unfortunately, it is an old event weapon, so Genshin Impact players can't obtain it again.
5) Dodoco Tales
Genshin Impact players can also use Dodoco Tales on Xianyun. This is a good 4-star choice for her since it provides a lot of ATK from its second stat. Additionally, landing a Charged Attack can also increase the user's ATK% by a significant amount. Similar to the previous entry, Dodoco Tales is an old event weapon and cannot be obtained anymore.
6) Favonius Codex
