How to claim Splitgate 2 launch rewards for free

Splitgate 2 is finally out, and while the reception has been mixed, it still managed to peak at over 25,000 concurrent players on the first day on Steam. To celebrate the launch, the developers have started a limited-time event that gives players numerous free launch rewards.

These items can be unlocked by simply playing the game, there are no specific quests or challenges that players are required to complete either. On that note, here’s everything about the Splitgate 2 launch rewards.

How to unlock all the Splitgate 2 launch rewards for free

There are a total of six free rewards available as part of this event. Players can unlock them by simply playing matches in Arena, Onslaught, and Battle Royale modes and gaining XP. You don't even need to win, just play the matches and don't quit in between.

Here are the free items and how much XP is required to unlock them:

Ready to Play Title: 8,000 XP
Mr. Splitgate Spray: 18,000 XP
Zircon Snare Burst Pistol Skin: 30,000 XP
Life Hearts Charm: 45,000 XP
Launch Salute Emote: 70,000 XP
Launch Synapse Assault Rifle Skin: 100,000 XP

Once you hit the required XP threshold for a reward, it will be automatically added to your in-game collection. You can equip it by going to the Locker tab from the top menu on the home screen and browsing through your personal collection.

Do note that this is a limited-time event, and the last day to claim these rewards is June 13, 2025. These cosmetics are exclusive and are most likely not coming back. So, if you want to collect some of the earlier skins in the game, that too for free, this is the right time.
