This boss fight in Lies of P Overture DLC pits you against two enemies: Markiona and her puppet, each with a separate health bar. Both inflict relentless attacks, sometimes do a grab combo, and can quickly gap-close to your location to deal heavy damage.

To efficiently tackle Markiona, Puppeteer of Death, you can follow these steps:

First phase

As the fight begins, your primary objective should be damaging the puppet as much as possible.

• Utilize the Aegis arm to block the puppet attacks and land your strikes during the correct window.
• While you can attack Markiona when you get the chance, defeating the puppet should be the main priority at first.
• Whenever she uses her puppet to attack, the attached thread glows red. Otherwise, it stays blue.
• Sometimes Markiona will generate blue orbs around her; make sure to stay at a distance to avoid her spinning attacks.
• Importantly, sometimes she pulls two of the blue orbs behind her, and you can see multiple threads. This is the indication of her grab attack, which you need to roll dodge in any direction.
