Kazuha is easily one of the best Genshin Impact characters ever, and his rerun banner might arrive soon. Several leaks and rumors have suggested that miHoYo is planning to bring back all the characters at least once before patch 3.0, and Kazuha is one of the most anticipated names on the list.
Kazuha's rerun is being rumored because the upcoming Spiral Abyss will have a 75% Anemo DMG bonus. This could very well be for Venti, but considering that a festival for Inazuma will also be released in Genshin Impact version 2.6, it makes for sense to bring back Kazuha, who is an Inazuman character.
