PlayerUnknown's Battleground Mobile is once again back with a new online tournament for the community. The new online tournament is a solo tournament which will be played in Erangel map on the Asia server whereas the camera mode will be TPP(Third Person Perspective). You can register for the new tournament from here, the new PlayerUnknown's Battleground Mobile online tournament includes real cash voucher prizes up to 4500 INR. To take part in the tournament players have to pay a sum of 50 INR.

To register in the tournament players need to fill the following details:-

GENERAL RULES

  • These Official Rules establish the rules of tournament play, including rules governing player eligibility, tournament structure, point structure, prize awards, and player conduct.

  • Read and perceive these Official Rules before you’ll participate within the Tournament. You must settle for these Official Rules so as to participate within the Tournament, and you must abide by these Official Rules in order to remain eligible to play in the Tournament and receive prizes. All of this is explained below.
  • All Tournaments matches are allowed to be streamed online by PUBG Mobile.
  • PUBG Mobile has the right to decide outside or even against the rulebook in special cases to guarantee fair play.

TECHNICAL ISSUE

  • Players are responsible for their own technical issues (hardware/internet).
  • If the warm-up time in the starting area is exceeded the game goes on even if the issue is not solved yet. In case of problems affecting a significant amount of players, a replay of the map may be called.

SCHEDULING

  • All participants must check-in at the PUBG Online Tournament website before the tournament starts on the day (PUBG Mobile holds the decision with late participants).
  • SMS/Mail notification will be sent to players with Room ID and Password 15 minutes before scheduled time.
  • Players are advised to join the room 15 minutes before the game start.

TOURNAMENT RULES:

  • First 100 Registrations are only allowed.
  • Only mobile phones are allowed, no Emulators or Tablets.
  • Teaming with other players will result in permanent ban from Tournaments and may result in Ban from Game for 7-day period.
  • Players must use the PUBG Mobile ID provided in the registration form for the tournament.
  • Never share room code with non-registered players.
  • Unregistered players entering room will be banned from Tournaments.
  • All players must install the newest version of the game in order to participate in PUBG Online Tournament. Any update must be installed before the tournament starts, so delays will be at a minimum.
  • The players are not allowed to use any hacks or any other software/tool which gives them undue advantage.
  • Players are not allowed to use any 3rd party applications that will enhance or change the default gameplay.
  • All players are encouraged to record the whole match, including the mobile console with another filming device.
  • Players must turn off the microphone function, and turn on the speaker and change the voice channel to All in case of any urgent announcement from the spectator and organiser.

PRIZE FOR THE ONLINE TOURNAMENT INCLUDES:

  • Entry Fee: 50 rupees

  • Flipkart gift vouchers will be sent via email to prize winners within 48 hours.

  • Players should in any respect times observe the best standards of private integrity and smart equity. Players should contend to the most effective of their ability at all times. Any form of cheating will not be tolerated.
  • Spectators will be subject to expulsion for the following breaches of etiquette:
  • Making rude, vulgar or other inappropriate comments.
  • Verbal harassment of players, officials or spectators.
  • Distracting a player or any disruption of play; Failing to follow the instruction of a Tournament official or Spectator.

A new minimap of snow map Vikendi was leaked on Reddit which shows the possibility of the new snow map to be released for the mobile version in the near future. The PlayStation release of PlayerUnknown's Battleground will include a free skin item for all PlayStation users. The in-game skin is for parachute and is named as"Pixel Art Parachute".Also at this year's Google Play Awards, PUBG reinforced its popularity by securing three major awards:

Recently, PUBG Mobile surpassed its rival Fortnite Battle Royale Mobile in microtransaction revenue, as revealed in a recent report of Sensor Tower's Store Intelligence data. Micro-transaction revenue for PUBG Mobile rose up by 2.7 times last week in comparison to the previous seven days.

The end result was a revenue boost from $4.5 million to $12 million. Not only in terms of earning, but PUBG has also planned a lot of new content which will be made available to the players this month. This week, they announced a crossover with Capcom's Resident Evil 2 remake. The reveal was made at the final of the PUBG Mobile Star Challenge.
