The Sims 4 Aspiration feature is the lifelong goal of each Sim. That said, completing one’s Aspiration can be an extremely grindy process. But unlike in real life, there are cheats in The Sims 4 to help you complete your Sim’s lifelong goals quickly and also receive a very effective trait. Traits are special perks that can affect certain aspects of your Sim, such as work, relationships, and skill acquisition.

Traits are given to a Sim when they choose an Aspiration during Character Creation or CAS, and when they complete their Aspirations. However, in this article, we will list certain cheats to help you get traits without maxing your The Sims 4 Aspiration.

Aspirations may be the in-game goal of your Sim, but they are optional. This means your Sim doesn’t need to reach their Aspirations to have a good life. However, if you wish to have an ultimate goal or an effective trait that could help in various situations, then Aspirations could be an important aspect of your playthrough.

Each The Sims 4 Aspiration comes with certain milestones. Upon reaching them, your Sim is rewarded with a trait that is in theme with the Aspiration. The process of reaching a milestone could be very long and rigorous, so if you want to skip the whole process, you will need the "aspirations.complete_current_milestone" cheat.

On the other hand, if you want to complete the process partially, you can give yourself a boost with the “sims.add_buff Points” cheat, which will instantly grant you 100 Aspiration points. If you are also running low on satisfaction, use the “sims. give_satisfaction_points 3000” cheat to instantly hand your Sim 3000 satisfaction points.

All these cheats help you complete your Aspirations very quickly. But if you are completing The Sims 4 aspirations for certain traits, you can cut the whole process with the “Traits.equip_trait X”. This cheat lets you choose and receive any trait in the game. Put the name of the trait in place of “X” while inserting the cheat command and your Sim will instantly receive it.

Then to activate cheats, type “testingcheats true” and press Enter. Thereafter, you can type any of the above-mentioned cheats to get the effects.

If you are on a console, press all the shoulder buttons at the same time to pull up the command module. Once the module is up, simply follow the same directions as the PC version to instantly gain the boost for your The Sims 4 Aspiration.
