#2 Roman Reigns

To be honest, how has this not happened already?
Is there a bigger full-time Superstar working in WWE right now? OK, that's subjective, but the point is that Roman Reigns has been on-or-near the top of the heap in the company for at least the past five years.
While his former partner in The Shield, Seth Rollins, has already graced a cover himself (WWE 2K17), Roman has yet to do so. To be fair, the last six covers have featured two legends (The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin), John Cena, the aforementioned Brock Lesnar, and AJ Styles. So, it's not like there's been a lot of opportunities for him to snag a spot.

So, this could be the year he finally makes it.
Coming back from a Leukemia diagnosis at the beginning of the year, garnered Reigns a lot of goodwill from WWE fans who had previously been ambivalent toward him at best, hostile towards him at worst. He's still front and center when it comes to WWE's PR, and he's never more than a skip away from the main event, either.
In fact, he would probably be our sure-fire guess for the 2K20 cover star, except there's someone even more appropriate.
