F1 penalty points: 5 biggest delinquents before the 2025 Belgian GP

Heading to the halfway mark of the season is an interesting time to take a look at the top 5 delinquents on the grid in terms of the F1 penalty points. This season all eyes were on Max Verstappen when he got tantalizingly close to the 12-point threshold. If a driver accrues 12 points, they get banned for a race.

Kevin Magnussen had to suffer that fate last season, as the Haas driver had to sit out of the race in Baku because of this.
