With the races in the Americas edging closer, one driver who would be happy to see a few of his F1 penalty points expire is Max Verstappen. The Dutch driver is one of the more penalized drivers on the current grid. A chunk of these points was picked up last season in the championship battle with Lando Norris.
As the Dutch driver continues to be in contention for the title this season, he would be relieved that the sword of a potential race ban is removed from his head. With that being said, the Dutch driver is not the only one with a stacked rap sheet in terms of F1 penalty points delinquency.
He's not even the one with the most points right now. So who are the top 5 delinquents? Let's take a look.
