Former F1 strategist and pundit Ruth Buscombe gave a short reaction to McLaren driver Lando Norris's partner Margarida Corceiro's recent social media post. The British driver has kept his personal life away from the spotlight over the last couple of years, ever since he shifted to Monaco.
The six-time F1 race winner is at a crucial period of his racing career, given that he has an opportunity to win his maiden Driver's championship in the 2025 season. This year, the 25-year-old has been performing at the highest level on the track and has kept a distance from social media.
It came as a surprise to many when Corceiro was spotted in the F1 paddock cheering on Lando Norris in the past couple of years, given that the two have never confirmed their relationship.
The 22-year-old Portuguese model has been linked with the Glastonbury-born native for the last couple of years and extended her support to the latter in Monaco and Barcelona race weekends.
Margarida Corceiro, who has a following of 2M on Instagram, posted a series of pictures on social media from last month with a simple caption:
"May"
In the comments section, Buscombe decided to put her funny quip in the caption and gave a two-word reaction, saying:
"You may"

Margarida Corceiro was visibly excited after Lando Norris took his first victory in Monaco last month and even shared a sweet moment with the Brit before the podium celebrations.
Lando Norris makes a bold prediction after his Monaco lap record
McLaren driver Lando Norris stated that he believed that his lap record around the streets of Monaco would not be broken in the near future.
As per RaceFans, the 25-year-old made a bold prediction regarding his 1:09:954 lap record and said:
“The ‘1:09, that’s very unlikely to be beaten for a very long time unless the track changes or whatever. The cars next year are nowhere near going to be as quick as this year. Hopefully, that lap time lasts for a very, very long time.
"The meaning, the history, the people that have won here in the past – they don’t always go on to be champions, but most of them have. And just to know in 30 years’ time I can say, ‘I mastered Monaco that one year’ – or hopefully a few more – but that one year is something I look forward to saying.”
Lando Norris went on to win the main race the next day and held off the challenge from home hero Charles Leclerc and his McLaren teammate Oscar Piastri. The Brit has scored four podiums in a row and sits 10 points behind Piastri in the standings in P2.
