Renowned F1 influencers Brian Muller and Matt Elisofon of The Red Flags Podcast had a unique way to praise Oscar Piastri's sister, Edie Piastri. Edie, who was present at the paddock during the recently concluded Spanish GP, garnered huge attention, and the latest admiration from the influencers is a testament to that.
Muller and Elisofon discussed the F1 race at the Circuit de Barcelona in their latest Red Flags Podcast episode. This was when they spoke on Edie Piastri, one of three sisters of the McLaren driver. Speaking about her, Elisofon said:
"All these people that are visitors and family, they all look like runaway ready. Cut to Edie Piastri, Oscar's sister. She looked like she came from a f**king campus protest. She looked like she just finished selling like tea tree oil at the back of a f**king farmer's market."
Following this, Muller shared his take on Edie. He added:
"The Studs on her teeth, I was like is this some pop star that I'm not aware of? I was like, 'that must be a famous person right?'"
Here's the video of Brian Muller and Matt Elisofon speaking about Edie Piastri in the Red Flags Podcast:
Oscar Piastri is the eldest of four siblings and has three sisters, Hattie, Edie, and Mae. Hattie is the most renowned of them all and has an active social media life, while Edie has kept a low profile and is away from the limelight. Despite this, Edie garnered huge attention after her brother dedicated the Spanish GP victory to her.
Piastri claimed the 2025 Spanish GP ahead of Lando Norris. The Australian driver started the race from pole, and kept his advantage going into the finish line. With this, he extended his lead in the F1 Championship battle against Norris and reigning champion Max Verstappen.
Oscar Piastri conveys his feelings about his win after dedicating it to his sister Edie

After winning the Spanish GP, Oscar Piastri signed the champagne bottle with "To Edie" and dedicated his win to his sister. Following this, the driver from Melbourne, Victoria, touched upon his race weekend, and here's what he said in the post-race interview:
"Very proud. Very satisfied. It's been a really good weekend from start to finish. FP2 to now has pretty much just been perfect."
"We executed everything we needed to today. A great start. Managed the first stint well, stuck to our guns on our strategy and yeah, executed it pretty much perfectly so I can't ask for more," he added.
McLaren, with Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris, have been very dominant this year, and the Spanish GP 1-2 is a great testament to that. They currently lead the Constructors' Championship with 362 points, and have both of their drivers in 1-2 in the Drivers' Championship.
