Oscar Piastri dedicated his latest F1 victory to his younger sister Edie, who was at the Spanish GP last weekend. He has made a sensational start to the 2025 season and has won five of the nine completed races thus far.

Apart from being a constant threat for pole positions and race wins, the 24-year-old is also leading the driver standings ahead of his teammate Lando Norris by 10 points, who many had predicted to make the jump and challenge Max Verstappen in 2025, due to McLaren's excellent end to last year. However, the Aussie has emerged more consistent than the Brit in the season's first third.

The Victorian bounced back dominantly in Barcelona after finishing P3 in Monaco by taking the pole position by the biggest margin of the year and controlling the pace from the front, never challenged by his rivals. After nine races, he has emerged as the bookies' favorite to take his maiden title at the end of the 2025 season.

While celebrating his latest triumph, the McLaren driver was accompanied in Barcelona by his sister, Edie, in the paddock to support her older brother. Fans on social media complimented her outfit.

Who is Oscar Piastri's sister?

Oscar Piastri is the eldest of four kids and has three sisters named Hattie, Edie, and Mae. While Hattie is active on social media and known to the public, Edie has kept a low profile and has been away from the limelight.

The Haileybury graduate was in parc ferme after receiving a hug from her brother after winning the race in Barcelona, who said:

"You picked a good one to come to."

Piastri dedicated his seventh F1 victory to Edie, writing her name on the magnum bottle of Moët & Chandon champagne in parc ferme. It was the second time she was in the paddock, having accompanied her other sisters and mother, Nicole, in the 2024 Japanese GP.

Piastri is often accompanied in most races by his parents, Nicole and Chris, along with his longtime partner Lily Zneimer. While his father and girlfriend are more regularly spotted, his mother makes selective appearances but extends her support through humorous social media posts.
