#6 Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United) - €90 million

Bruno Fernandes has been like a whiff of fresh air since arriving in the Premier League eighteen months ago.

After landing on English shores in January last year, Fernandes registered eight goals and seven assists in just 14 Premier League games to propel Manchester United to an unlikely third-place finish. To prove his first-season exploits were no fluke, the 26-year-old produced 29 goal contributions (18 goals, 11 assists) as United finished second in the Premier League last season.

Fernandes may have endured a lean outing for Portugal at Euro 2020, failing to score or assist in four games. But he remains one of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's prized possessions as Manchester United strive to win their first Premier League title in nine years next season.

#5 Raheem Sterling (Manchester City) - €90 million

Raheem Sterling has been one of the best players for Manchester City in the last few seasons. Despite an underwhelming 2020-21 campaign by his staggering standards, Sterling has played at least 30 games in each of his last eight Premier League seasons.

The 26-year-old has scored nearly 100 goals and registered 73 assists in the Premier League, with most of these goals (72) and assists (49) coming for City. Sterling was especially clutch in City's back-to-back Premier League wins in 2017-18 and 2018-19, registering double-digit goals and assists tallies in both campaigns.

Despite his indifferent club form of late, Sterling was one of England's standout performers in their run to the Euro 2020 final, scoring thrice and providing an assist in seven games.

Despite being linked with an exit from City this summer, Sterling is likely to stay put at the club and continue his development under Pep Guardiola.

#4 Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City) - €100 million

One of the best midfielders in the game at the moment, Kevin De Bruyne is the crown jewel in Manchester City's star-studded team.

The midfield metronome, one of the first names in the City XI, has scored 62 goals and assisted 107 in over 250 games for City. De Bruyne has tallied double-digit assist tallies in four of his six Premier League campaigns.

Despite coming off an injury-plagued campaign, De Bruyne excelled for Belgium at Euro 2020, scoring once and assisting twice in the Red Devils' run to the quarterfinals.
