#2 Krzysztof Piatek to AC Milan: €35 million Euros
Another AC Milan player on the list! Milan completed a brilliant deal to sign one of the breakthrough players of the season following Higuain's departure to Chelsea. Milan signed the 23-year-old Polish international again for 35 million euros from Genoa.
Piatek has seen his fortunes change in a span of 6 months as he had moved to Genoa in the summer transfer window itself from a Polish club, Cracovia Krakow. At Genoa, he was in an incredible scoring touch as he scored 13 goals from 19 appearances and is the fourth highest goal scorer in Serie A only behind 3 goals from the top scorer, Fabio Quagliarella and ahead of mercurial strikers like Icardi, Immobile and Mandzukic. His sensational form earned him a move to Milan and he has started excellently as well scoring a brace against Napoli on his first start for the club. The club has already forgotten Higuain because of this man's sensational start.
All in all, he looks like a great signing and considering he is only 23 and yet to hit his prime, this transfer is destined to look a bargain in the coming years.
