We are already past the halfway mark of the 2018/19 season and by now we tend to know the weakness of every team. Today, we are going to talk about one weak point that Manchester United have: the Right Wing position.
The Red Devils lack a genuine right winger who can play with Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial. So far, many players have been tried in the position and Jesse Lingard has performed the best of all of them.
But Lingard has a tendency to drift in-field and play through the center whenever he gets chances and to be very honest, Lingard is more of a number 10 then a right winger. Clearly, Solskjaer doesn't prefer Alexis Sanchez on the right and Juan Mata also has the same tendency to drift in-field.

Manchester United need a right winger with pace, good crossing ability and skill on the ball. They have been linked with Gareth Bale and Ivan Perisic time and again which proves the need for a right winger at the Theater Of Dreams.
Manchester United haven't really managed to find a replacement for their legendary right wingers David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo since they left Old Trafford. If Manchester United are to mount a title challenge next summer, they have to look to sign a right winger.

#1 Cengiz Under
Cengiz Under could be a perfect signing for Manchester United and he would undoubtedly add balance to United's attack. Under is the kind of player who is blessed with pace and skill on the ball. He loves making runs in behind the defence and has a knack for creating goals for his team-mates.
The Turkish attacker has a gem of a left foot and has scored some absolute stunners. If the Red Devils decide to go for the 21-year-old, they would have an attack of Martial, Rashford and Under which is frightening, to say the least.
In terms of stats in the Serie A this season, Under has scored 3 goals and made a further 5 with 80 per cent pass accuracy. He has won 51 per cent of his duels and has given a total of 46 crosses. The 21-year-old has completed 18 dribbles in total.
#2 Nicolas Pepe
Nicolas Pepe is a player who much like Mohammed Salah loves to cut inside and make runs in behind the defenders and has 20 goals in him every season. The Lille winger is quick, agile and shows off excellent movement in the final third. He is a kind of player who likes to play one-two's very often.
Still very young, the 23-year-old could prove to be a long term solution for Manchester United on the right. The only concern with him is whether or not he would be able to make the step up from Ligue 1 to the Premier League. It is a risk I guess Manchester United should be willing to take.

#3 Florian Thauvin
Florian Thauvin is a player who has some Premier League experience having played for Newcastle United briefly. But Thauvin couldn't cope with the physicality of the English League and then after some time, he joined Marseille for whom he has been tearing it up ever since.
Thauvin is a hardworking player which makes him an effective presser and has great goal-scoring instincts. The 26-year-old has the pace to beat the defenders, shows great skill on the ball and has brilliant movement in the final-third. Just like Pepe, the only concern with him is whether or not he will be able to step up to the challenges of the Premier League.
